This document explains, in plain language, how MIRA handles personal data while answering on WhatsApp. It describes how the product actually works; it is not legal advice; before publishing it formally, we recommend review by a digital law/GDPR professional.

Channel and data collection

MIRA answers exclusively on WhatsApp. The data processed is what's needed to answer the conversation: the phone number (used to identify the conversation), the text of the messages and, when shared, the location sent by the user themselves.

How long data is kept

The conversation context (address searched, properties seen) is held in memory for a limited period of inactivity and expires automatically after that, it is not kept indefinitely. The message history used for more elaborate answers has an even shorter retention period, as it is more sensitive data (the message text without any processing).

Providers used to answer

To answer, MIRA queries external providers: property search, maps and geolocation, and a language model provider to interpret free-text questions. These providers process only the minimum needed for each query: for example, a question about a nearby place is sent to the language model without the user's full address.

What MIRA never does

  • It does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • It does not disclose infrastructure, technology or internal configuration details to the user.
  • It does not operate outside WhatsApp, nor keep conversation history beyond what the service requires.

Your rights

You can request information about the data processed in your conversation with MIRA, or ask for the stored context to be deleted, by speaking to us directly on WhatsApp.
